Legacy is built for people in their seventies, eighties and nineties, and that shapes every screen.

• You can speak or type, and switch between them whenever you like.
• Text size can be increased from inside the conversation.
• Nothing is timed. You can stop mid-sentence and come back weeks later.
• Every control has a plain-language label, not just an icon.
• Colours are checked for contrast, and the whole platform works by keyboard.
• There is never a question about what is happening now or what happens next.
