Refund Policy

A full refund is available any time before the storyteller begins their first conversation. Nothing has been made yet, so nothing is owed.

Once that first conversation begins, the work is under way and the purchase is final. We say so plainly on the screen where the storyteller chooses to begin, so the moment is never a surprise.

Gifts follow the same rule, measured from the recipient's first conversation rather than the purchase date. A gift that is refunded before it is used simply stops working, and the purchaser is told.

If something goes wrong with a printed book, a damaged or defective copy is replaced. Write to us and a person will sort it out.
