Your stories are yours. Legacy collects what you tell us in conversation, the details you enter at setup, and the ordinary information needed to run an account and send a book.

We use that material to build your memoir and to deliver what you bought. We do not sell it, and we do not publish any part of it without your written permission.

If someone gave you Legacy as a gift, they are told when the gift is activated and when the book is on its way. They never see your conversations or your manuscript.

Legacy uses AI services to hold the conversation and to write the book, and a print partner to make the hardcover. The final notice will name every vendor, and set out exactly how long we keep things, how to get a copy, and how to have it deleted.
